Appointments and Cancellations

Patients receive a reminder card twice a year for their appointment. You can reschedule these and other appointments free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. It is possible to arrange for longer intervals between check-ups upon request.

Payments

After your treatment, the invoice will be sent via the billing company Infomedics. More information about Infomedics can be found on their website www.infomedics.nl. You may pay at the reception by card if arranged in advance. Naturally, you will receive the invoice to submit to your health insurer.

Respect

Finally, clear communication, mutual respect, and trust are our priorities. Aggressive and inappropriate behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.
